Since our products are fresh and prepared based on orders, availability may vary depending on stock and operational conditions.

An order is considered confirmed only after successful order placement and/or confirmation by Regal Chicken.

Our chicken products are fresh and perishable. Customers should receive and store the products appropriately immediately after delivery.
Once the product has been delivered and accepted by the customer, Regal Chicken cannot be held responsible for deterioration caused by improper storage, handling, or delay in refrigeration.
Orders may be cancelled only within the permitted cancellation period communicated by Regal Chicken.
Because our products are fresh and perishable, cancellation, return, or refund requests may be subject to specific conditions.
If a customer receives an incorrect, damaged, or substantially defective product, the customer should contact us as soon as possible with the order details and, where applicable, photographs of the product.
Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method or as otherwise communicated by Regal Chicken.
Delivery is available only in selected service areas. Delivery times may vary depending on location, order volume, traffic, weather, and other operational circumstances.
If delivery is unavailable in a customer’s area, the customer may be offered the option to collect the order from a nearby Regal Chicken retail store, where applicable.
